Leeds Pride

A rest day from my decoratathon and I took a trip into Leeds city centre. The main reason for going was to attend a couple of Apple workshops to try and get a better understanding of my new Macbook. These were very helpful and I picked loads of tips!

I had a few hours to spare between classes and  I wandered around, stumbling across the Leeds Pride carnival. What a loud, proud and colourful procession, seen her outside Kirkgate market. My ears are still ringing from all the noisy whistles and also the sirens from the police, fire and ambulance service vehicles joining in the celebration.

The rainbow colours were everywhere - young and old wearing them. A beautiful sight.
