Harkerside from Reeth

A glorious day in the Dales. Beautiful light, sunny and dry - but the gale force winds continued! Drove up over to Wensleydale this morning - down to Leyburn and across to Reeth. Wonderful views - walked  our usual local circuit this afternoon up to Gunnerside Lodge and back across the fields, pausing to sit and look over the River Swale. Lots of Lapwing today and a Snipe!
