Candyfloss seller in Kathmandu...

I'm not convinced that this is the place to sell luminous candyfloss!!!

So...we had a good evening last night, nice drinks and nibbles. And we didn't go overboard on the booze, unlike some guests! But we weren't in bed until midnight so slept until 8.30am....jeez, what a waste of a day! We mooched, ate breakfast and then went to the gym. Spent a bit of time lying on the roof afterwards, enjoying the midday sun, ate lunch and then headed in to Thamel.

We had planned to meet some of Paul's ex-students who are currently travelling in Nepal but had a bit of a location mix-up. We were due to meet in a coffee shop, the wonderful Himalaya Java. We didn't realise there were two coffee shops!! Hence we never met...better luck later in the week, we hope.

Now we are checking out the athletics...GO ENNIS...and will head out for dinner soon. A weekend treat! Fingers crossed whilst we are sleeping Ennis will win gold!!
