.........Rain drops on roses..................

Ok I know it's not a rose..........it's a Dahlia ..............but it's the second day of my nature challenge............so it's ok.

Terrible night last night.......woke up lots of times..........at least the Olympics is on the TV.

Surprise visit today.............District Nurse............must have been sent by the GP........to check my BP..............slightly up.............but only to be expected with a sleepless night and the worry of waiting for my hospital appointment.

Just a routine day today.............and the weather is cool, grey and rainy.
