A day at a digital champions event with some fascinating and frightening information about cyber security - and the need to have robust passwords and work within a secure environment. Nothing is competely secure from hackers: but we can take steps to reduce the risk to a level we can live with.

Tonight, caught up with my brother and one of our nephews, Jamie, for a celebratory meal. They've been up visiting my mother for a few days and this was a chance to mark his 1st from uni ahead of starting a job with Dyson.
