Seeds

Took a picture of these tree seeds as I walked round the river. I'd thought they were sycamore but no helicopters so maybe not.

Frankly a rather frustrating day. We were meant to be on the Isle of Canna by now for a three day break. However, the ferry has been suspended because of a technical problem and there's a land slip at Lochailort which is blocking the road. Fortunately the B&B owner, stranded in Fort William himself, got in touch last night to let us know about the ferry so at least we didn't set off at 07:00 as had been the plan. But such a disappointment! Had really been looking forward to Canna, the last of the four Small Isles for me to visit. Another day.

Planning some treats nearer home over the next couple of days.
