Whaligoe Steps

I walked from the ferry from the Cape back to Durness in the rain to discover the kids in wetsuits enjoying the surf at Sango. It looked great fun but I was cold enough already.
The rain continued in earnest overnight and our departure from Durness was soggy. Driving east (and a bit of south+north for Loch Eriboll!), we passed through Tongue, Bettyhill, Melvich, Thurso, Wick and stopped at Whaligoe to trot down & up the historic steps.
