Our neighbour's boat

One of the things we used to love doing here was a bit of fishing with our good friend Stewart, who is sadly no longer with us, and access to a boat is no longer included in the rent of the house. Probably just as well since neither of us would feel confident to be in charge! Another grand day today, although not as warm  as yesterday, and a much lazier one as our old muscles were aching a bit from yesterday's walk!  We spent a fair amount of the afternoon watching the birds feeding in the garden, in particular a woodpecker and a couple of robins. Very relaxing!
