Dinner
W has been experimenting again. He bought a kit to make fajitas, and had intended to use quorn chicken pieces. But on investigating the freezer, found that we had none. So he used some quorn chorizo sausages, cooked and then sliced.
He added some quorn chicken dippers to the baking tray, and served them separately - but actually we found they were unnecessary, and they are awaiting re-use.
With the chorizo, he cooked lots of veggies. Very tasty - but needs more practice!
