Shimmering Sea

Overcast start to the morning with some light rain.
After our Sunday morning grocery shop we decided to head out to Carskey beach despite the less than promising weather.
So glad we did as the weather started to clear and when we arrived at Carskey the sun had started to break through the cloud.
You could clearly see the coast of Northern Ireland in the distance.The blue smudge of land in the left hand side in my extra is the coast of Northern Ireland.
It wad lovely walking along the beach and watching the gannets diving.
I loved the shimmering light on the water.
On our way here we stopped at the farm stall for Little Farm and purchased some of their lovely free range eggs.
Lots of things on offer today including courgettes, cucumbers, curly kale and potatoes.
