2016 Monday -- Last Walk

About 3:45 this afternoon we headed for the Post Office and the Library and then finally the shoreline. This was our last walk for summer vacation 2016. Tomorrow we make the journey back to SoCal, and then Wednesday I return to the campus to begin my 26th year of teaching.

As we walked the shoreline, we stopped at our favorite little spot to sit and watch for a while, and we realized that the dolphins were putting on quite a show. Mr. Fun referred to it as their Farewell Show for our summer 2016 adventure.

This will be our 73rd night in a row here. In the morning we'll pack a few things and be out of here. I don't think we've ever had a better summer.
