Fire In The Sky

Suddenly there appeared a hole in the sky and the colours changed as the fire raged briefly behind the layers of clouds.

All too soon, the hole closed once more and a uniform dark grey curtain returned and along with it, the incessant heavy drizzle.

Sigh!
