Creagan a' Chait

It's been a lovely and warm day.  A fine sunny morning, more cloudy in the afternoon.

Arrived in Aberdeen with the ferry this morning, and a lovely sailing too.  I walked an hour to get to the garage and picked up the new car.  Satnav on headed to my friend Paula's.  Spent the morning yapping with Paula and a great catchup, and then headed out for a run in the afternoon.  We headed randomly to the Cairngorms, Corgarff castle, through the mountains and somehow ended up at Dufftown.  It's been a quiet night in yappin and watching telly, and a takeaway for tea.

Heading through the mountains at the Cairngorms, and the scenery was stunning, as Scotland always is.  We stopped off at this lovely peerie cottage at Creagan a' Chait. Me and Paula both had to go look inside. The interior was bare but covered in various names and dates, going back as far as the 1930s!  Looked like a camper heaven for a wild night of weather.  Taken along the Lecht road, Cairngorms National Park.
