I had a busy morning cutting hedges, clearing ivy and mowing lawns - and got soaked as the rain set in.

In the afternoon we were both getting cabin fever so I took Maisie out for a drive - first to book her in for coffee morning tomorrow, then to Pets at Home where she did some meeting and greeting and hoovered up the Pick and Mix aisle, then to Go Outdoors where we looked at tents and fishing equipment and then to Halfords where everyone queued up to stroke her.

Then we got thrown out of Staples as dogs aren't allowed in there!
