So what are they?

Normous spent time yesterday turning out two large drawers in a big chest. Over the years they have been the repository for all those items that have no other obvious home, or are of no use but too good to throw away. There were several sets of phones, a camera with three rolls of film, binoculars, dead torches and several strange gadgets that we didn't recognise and what is more had no idea what they were for. Stars in this category were these six glass cones, three frosted white and three blue. They are about 3cm across. They came as a complete surprise when they were unearthed. What on earth are they?
All this activity is because we are having a new carpet laid on Tuesday and this is a good excuse to get sorting! I have been busy too, but haven't unearthed any mysteries. The charity shop will do well this week.
