A better day today.

Took Keiron from work fishing.....he did very well.

We got absolutely soaked for the first hour...then the wind got up....then the blue sky appeared....by the time we left at 4.00 the Sun was blazing down.

I hooked another big carp today....got it all the way to the net....and then it snapped my line!

I was back at fishing by 5.15 for coaching....a glorious evening...and Vanessa got the waders on and went in to clear some weed...what a gal!!!

Back to watch the Olympics...the medal rush continues.....over the Moon for Chris Hoy....gutted for Victoria Pendleton.

Another early start tomorrow for another day's fishing.
