Flittin Lambs

It's been a warm day but mostly overcast.  There's been some showers tonight.

It's been a busy day working on the museum desk.  I had a school group in doing WWII for a project.  Yvonne took them around the galleries, and I had them looking at artefacts and making peg dolls.  We had our monthly toddler group in the afternoon, Mootie Moose.  I dashed home, grabbing tea, and then down for my shift in the pub.  It was busy with boats in Scalloway, and also had a couple from Brazil.  Finished early, hope the rain eases so I can get out with Sammy.

I nipped down to Cunningsburgh at lunchtime and a brisk walk.  After nearly stepping on a mouse, I had to jump out the way for a tractor coming down the hill.  George o da Green (Nicolson) was flittin lambs from the hills, must be getting ready to sell.  Taken up the Blett road, Cunningsburgh.
