Friday: Red Truck

Spent the whole day in recruitment interviews so, that combined with it being Friday, meant we headed out for recreation this evening.

We are still enjoying trying lots of different craft breweries - tonight we headed to Red Truck. Great beers, good selection but too loud. If we go back, it'll have to be at a much quieter time. From there we headed back to R&B Brewing, which we discovered last week. Spent the evening talking to our very nice table neighbours who also bought us a drink, meaning that we stayed longer, and consumed more, than we intended.

We were late eating so headed to 'Lucy's Eastside Diner', an absolutely classic 24/7 diner. I had the best strawberry milkshake I have ever had there. Ever! Apparently, they have been using the same equipment since the 1950s with an unchanged recipe.
