2017 Saturday -- The House on the Point

"Estate Sale on North Ocean Avenue" is the announcement that got top priority on our morning agenda. We arrived at 8:00 and were greeted at the door with "We open at 9:00, but come on in anyway!"

We walked through every room -- we looked and touched and wondered about the couple who had lived here. More than buy their belongings, I'd like to know their story.

From the outside, the house looks modern. The inside reveals that it's an old, old home.

The estate clerk told us the three adult kids live out-of-state and they've listed the property for four million dollars.
