Sawdust Festival Laguna Beach

"The Girls" were on the schedule on main deck at the Sawdust Festival this evening so the two of us made a date that we'd be in Laguna Beach to watch and listen to this favorite band.

The temperature here at home was a degree above scorching, so rolling away from this place at the entrance to the evening was just fine with us -- all of us -- the pooches went along for the ride. Laguna's evening air was deliciously cool and a luxury to experience. So we ate dinner at the Sawdust -- tacos, beans, and rice, yum! -- and then went to see see "The Girls."

Each time "The Girls" had finished their set, they would take a half hour break, so we'd head for the other stage and listened to "Acoustic Roots." They were a two-man band tonight and they were good. Loved the harmonica and the drumming they did. They explained at one point that they have two other members who were not with them this evening.
