Well who'd have thought it....more gold medals.....and in sports as diverse as dressage, boxing and taekwondo!

Achey this morning after hauling all those fish to the net yesterday.......went to see the boys this morning and then helped the Boss with the gardening in the blazing afternoon Sun.

Out for a meal with D & V and B & S, finalising details for our holiday next week and then the quiz....scored 49 out of a possible 60 and lost by one point to a group of googlers.

Maybe a spot of fishing tomorrow?
