End of Season

There is a definate change to the atmosphere, a touch cooler and damper, a few leaves falling through the air as you walk past the trees, the red rowan berries hanging in heavy bunches, the birds starting to sing more noticably, ...  The sweet peas that have produced so many flowers all summer are feeling it too, with just a few blooms here and there.

A good day at work with an interesting seminar from a couple of visiting Canadian professors, then I had my hair cut after work - a bit different to usual so I shall have to see how it works in practice (I always seem to be rushing to work in the morning!).

I hope you have all had a good start to the week.
