Harvested
Both slept ok but woke feeling a bit "off" nothing specific just not felt great today :-/
Put some laundry on before we walked into town, got what we needed, mainly toiletries for holidays, then had coffee in Reds before walking home again.
I'd decided I wanted to pop out to the local retail park for a couple of things I was short of ;-) this afternoon, hub decided to stay home.
He caught up on something stuff he'd recorded, but then did some ironing, so that was good :-)
I was frustrated by the lack of summer stuff in the stores now. All dark dowdy colours for winter.......didn't really see anything I liked the look off. Underwear, socks and a last minute pair of jeggings was all I bought, 20% off everything day in M&S, pity I couldn't find anything else ;-)
I parked up in a lay-by on the drive home to snap a couple of shots....I'd missed the best shots yesterday as we drove to youngests as this field was half harvested and half not, five tractors and machinery making the bales, but I didn't have my camera handy, needless to say it was all finished when I got there this afternoon. Nonetheless, I liked how it looked in the sunshine, with all its lines and the overhanging tree edge.
We've had salt and spicy belly pork roasted sweet potatoe and salad for dinner this evening...followed by a mini magnum. Time to run the fridge and freezer down pre hols ;-)
Signing off now, just time for a cuppa pre Cold Feet :-)
I nearly converted this to mono for today's MM challenge "seasonal" but it didn't do it justice.
