Windy (Day 504)

It was horrible when I walked up the hill with the dogs this morning. Torrential rain and strong wind gave me and the dogs a proper drenching.
Back at home, I attempted to start the van so that I could take it to town to get an MOT, but it wasn't playing ball. I think the starter motor is stuck. The cavalry are due to arrive later to deal with it.
Around noon I put on my waterproofs again and  my beautiful wife and I headed to Wasdale for a wander with the woofers. The rain stayed off but it was really windy, and there were heavy showers over Hoy.
We arrived home just in time to receive delivery of half a tonne of wood pellets to feed the boiler with.
It has been a busy morning!
