The coastal shelf

The walk along the coastal shelf from Trshnish Point on Mull is spectacular. A mighty but warm southerly gale was blowing. We were hoping to see an otter but it was not to be this time.

The walk, the rocks, the coves and points were reward enough. Then the climb up to the abandoned, round-cornered houses of Cracaig and a wild walk over the tops to the Toechtamhor.

That evening we had a lovely get together with Treshnish and S.
