Waffles!

I had this brilliant beyond brilliant idea this morning. Mum, let's make waffles! With strawberry jam and cream! And guess what? She said Yes! And the best part? We agreed with our best friends Dolly and her mum to have waffles at the same time!

So when it was fika time, we heated the waffle iron, made a batter and started Making Waffles. I supervised. It smelled divine! I made sure to be in pole position when it was time to eat. Yummy! Super special fika time! Dolly liked hers too!
