Density Is Within Us!

A.    What is going on in the photo?  Tonight, is the homecoming game for Chancellor against Court land. Around me, are many different students from the home team, as well as the opposing team. As you can clearly see in this picture, there are many people present. The most populated area seemed to be in the bleachers that are located around the football field. You can also recognize a certain pattern within the groups of people.
 
B.    How is it related to the specific human geography concept from the current or previous unit. This photo is related to the density concept. In the picture you can see how many people are clustered in certain areas, and basically how crowded it is all around. If you look even closer, you can notice the trends of where certain areas are dense then other areas. For example, in front of the bathrooms and by the concession stand is where you tend to noticed more people. In addition, you notice how density of the students and supporters from the visiting team, are standing towards the left side of the field.
C.        Link the image to one of the five themes in geography with and explanation on how it relates. Location: I live near Chancellor High it is a relative location due to where I’m zoned. It takes me about three minutes to drive their but approximately ten minutes if I were to ride on a bus. This high school is located in the middle of a neighborhood. It is surrounded by trees, houses, a middle school and an elementary school. Chancellor sits on top of a hill. Word Count(229)
