Stowaway

After Sunday school today I headed to the airport to collect our son after his trip to Vegas, LA and Puerto Rico.

With his friends they had flown from San Juan to a rain soaked JFK (remnants of Hurricane Michael); then on the red-eye to Heathrow and the early shuttle north.

Because of baggage delays I had to park for a while and discovered this little ladybird who had hitched a ride.

Our son spent the rest of the day sleeping while I dug a trench and caught up with some gardening. The home internet was down for many hours so that seemed the best option.

Back to work in the morning!
