MonoMonday #142: Film Noir - Double Indemnity

"...it's a one-way trip and the last stop is the cemetery"


Not quite a death by being pushed off a train, but I think rope and knife amongst the shadows certainly has a noir feel, not to mention double the insurance of getting 'the job done'.

I shot this using a Lume Cube (check them out - they are awesome!) through the fly curtains in our pantry to get the shadows (I know, very old fashioned). The top light on the and knife rope was provided by a small LED on the kitchen bench.
