Birthday Girl

(Clockwise from centre right) This is Mr G's sister N with her only niece and nephews, Son S, Daughter T and Son K. We celebrated her birthday by having a family lunch today. N turned thirty eight on the 7th.

Another cold front arrived and we woke up to freezing August wind. Mr G's brother hosted the family at his house and when we got there he already had the fire going. We enjoyed a good meal delicious chicken pie and it was lovely to sit around the table together with all three generations telling stories from our younger days.
