Spring mingling with winter.....

Rain lashes at the window pane, spring flowers hang their heads low, cabbage tree leaves rustle in the wind......I shiver in the bitter air, it is a mere 9C but feels more like 4C, winter has returned.

Covered in droplets with petals turning brown, the pasque flower remains gentle as it sways from side to side.

Thanks to Bikerbear to continuing to host flower Friday, it was a mad dash out into the rain for today's shot hence I didn't linger.....
