Fish and Flesh Tasters

There was a food market on in Alcester today, (they hold about 3 a year) and I must say they seem to get better and better as word spreads.
These are the Fish and Flesh Tasters of Alcester Court Leet, trying the smoked trout and smoked pulled pork on a stall that belongs to a friend of ours. We'd just stopped for a chat with our friends, and along came the Court Leet (complete with the Town Crier and his very loud bell) to sample their wares and to proclaim it fit for sale.
I must say it was delicious, and we bought some smoked chicken to eat there and then, and brought home a smoked trout.
