Before and after

One of our white Sussex hens was being badly pecked by the bully girls, so she went to live with my friend Jan who has a few gentle brown hens. After two months she has totally regrown her feathers and looks like she should!
The bully girls have been picking on the other hens in my coop, another white one in particular, so something has to be done.
I have managed to rehome the culprits and they will be moving out on Monday, just as soon as their new accommodation comes up to scratch!
Meanwhile Jan will have the second white hen for the weekend and I'll find out how attached she is to this one which she has nursed back to health so well.
