Gaura still in bloom

This gaura has grown to about 5 feet tall and threatened to maul anyone coming through the gate, so I've had to tie it into a bunch to restrain it.
I'm waiting for it to stop flowering so that I can cut it back, dig it up and put it somewhere else, but it shows no signs of giving up yet!
