CCC: Ladybird on Dahlia
Even more colourful in large.
I was in college at lunchtime so had a poke around the garden; I didn't bump into my friend the gardener, and the sun had dipped behind clouds, but I still had a nice time photographing a bumble bee on toadflax (in a moment of sunshine - see extra), and the dahlias and chrysanthemums in the pots on the Handa Terrace (on top of the auditorium). They were covered in harlequin ladybirds (adults and larvae), and I was pleased to find this colourful creature on this bright budding bloom.
