Autumn at the Castle

After an unplanned visit to the dentist to repair a chipped filling I went on a wander.

The afternoon was the best part of the day and it gave me an opportunity to make the most of the light.

Hoping to have a ride out to Fountains Abbey tomorrow to see it floodlit. Every Saturday in October it is illuminated in the evening. May even fit in a walk round Brimham Rocks too. Fingers crossed that the weather stays fine.
