Mr P up and off to do the Park Run, he came third in his age group this week, a good result after having an adverse reaction to his flu shot.
I nipped round to the hairdressers to cancel my Monday appointment and changed it for later today. We are off early tomorrow morning to go to Wales for a couple of days to close down the caravan for the winter season.
Went to do the food shopping for the trip and took a little walk behind the shops to find a blip.
Didn't have far to go before l was surrounded by countryside and saw this lovely scene.
Got home to find the letter on the doormat telling me that my routine mammogram was normal, always a relief as my mum died from breast cancer.
So good results all round.

As many of you know it is October is Breast Cancer Awareness month.
As l only have access to an iPad l am unable to do links.
