The First One !

Myself and a very good friend (who knows her way round a camera) headed to the Botanic Gardens at lunchtime.

J gave me some great tips on how to use my camera. I've read a lot of stuff in books, but it's amazing how it makes more sense when someone tells you. We had a go at taking pictures of water with a long exposure to get the 'smokey' look!

But I've decided to use this one as my blip. Taken on a manual focus with the Live View(which I didn't even know my camera had!!
