Rhinefield Ornamental Drive, New Forest

Headed down to the New Forest for our SLPH two year anniversary weekend.

Met up with Steve Oldfield, Trevor Keville, Gill Keville, Jane Howard and newbie to the group, Clive for lunch at the Stag Hotel in Lyndhurst. 

After lunch we drove over to Rhinefield Ornamental Drive, just off the A35 and headed into the woods to find some inspiration!  It was a beautiful sunny day with some lovely dappled light coming through the trees which is where this photo was taken.

Back to the hotel to shower before dinner at La Pergola restaurant, a lovely little Italian in Lyndhurst. The meal was delicious and the desserts were huge! 

Back to the hotel and a nightcap before bed!
