Michelin Star Cooking
My birthday present to my husband was a 'Learn then Lunch' at Martin Wishart in Leith. This was a 2 hour demonstration of 3 courses at their cook school, followed by a 5 course tasting lunch in the restaurant (actually 7 if you include the canapé and amuse bouche), and a tour of the kitchen.
This was the main course demonstrated by Head Chef, Joe. Monkfish with chorizo and cockles, which everyone then had a taste of. It was, needless to say, delicious. And the lunch was fabulous.
