The early bird

I got a nice photo of a nuthatch last week, but it had to give way for the accursed challenge bird, so as I was out this morning to go for a routine blood test, I called in at Damflask Reservoir where I knew there was a good chance of another, before the rain set in. They love to pose, and I love to take their photo. A match made in heaven.
