Hanging on for dear life!

This is the first squirrel we have seen in our garden since we moved here. It's not typical squirrel country in the immediate vicinity, but I suspect this youngster was tempted in by the bird food. I'm not sure he'll be back, as first of all there was a stand-off with a local cat, then he discovered himself clinging to the pebble dash on the wall, and was clearly unable to move. Eventually, he had to make a leap for it and made it safely onto the roof.
I've been catching up with my fungi recording today. It's a nightmare, as none of the books agree, and they keep changing the names. We've got a couple of waxcaps on the lawn, but they will wait for another day, as the blipgods sent me this squiggy today.
