Oh the things I make my husband do in the supermarket!!

I had another treatment on my back today which involved a very deep massage over my hips was absolute agony but could feel the relief very soon afterwards. It did leave me feeling quite shattered with make up all over my face but I am starting to feel the benefit. 

I then dashed off to work before meeting Mr W at the cinema to join him for a Starbucks before a Tesco shop and an evening of cooking and Strictly.
