Pumpkins!

We've had a quiet day today. A woke us all up at 6am so no extra hour in bed for me!

P has finished her home work ready for the morning and she did some reading with Mr J. We took a drive to the shops to get some blinds for the landing, a lampshade for A's room and some samples of wallpaper for the lounge and dining room.

P had her swimming lesson this afternoon and then when we got back we carved our pumpkins that we got from the farm earlier in the week.

We've had a wonderful half term week and I'm sad it's back to school tomorrow for P. We've met up with friends, been to the farm to see the animals and to pick pumpkins, been to the cinema, been out for lunch and tea, had walks in the forest, been swimming and had a sleepover. It's been a lovely relaxing and busy week. Roll on the Christmas holidays!
