Pan Am Velodrome

Up and out the door with my sweetie for a fancy spin class at our velodrome. We had never been inside and WOW! The class was amazing in that there is a large TV screen mounted on the wall and it is a virtual course and we are avatars. Our stats and profiles are posted on the screen. It makes you competive to stay ahead of the pack. We are then emailed our workout stats/graphs/charts. Great work out and an incredible facility, we took a tour after class. I now want to sign up for a learn to ride class (yikes, no gears, no brakes) Home for banana pancakes and grocery shopping and then a quiet evening at home.
