Trisharooni

CCN and I drove into Blackheath this morning in time to take up a good position to watch the Annual Rhododendron Street Parade.  I was minding my own business when I heard someone call my name.  Well, what do you know, there was Trisharooni standing on a platform taking shots of the parade.  You can understand why I hadn't recognised her, it's not every day I see her sporting Life Savers head gear :-)  

It was a wonderful day and despite the freezing winds everyone seemed to be in great spirits.  It's the 64th Rhodo Parade and I've added an extra of the Rhododendron Princess in her crown waving to the crowd.  It's a very wonderful community Blackheath.  We certainly know how to celebrate.

It was great to see Jensphotos with Hamish and Poppy on board coming down the driveway this afternoon.  Jen is here with the babies to take part in the High Tea with Altitude tomorrow afternoon.  We're also going to have a short meeting at lunchtime about our upcoming Blackheath Blippers Exhibition in January.  A very exciting day coming up all round.
