Madness

I must be crazy; slightly mad perhaps?
As if I did not have enough trouble with millions of leaves being shed from just four trees in mine and neighbours’ gardens, here I am out and about in search of more leaves every day.
All in the interests of seeking out a different interpretation of this unique and inescapable result of the seasons.  From the perspective of the camera however perhaps I can forgive myself that it is not so much the falling leaves which interest me. Rather the exploding array of colour in the woods, fields and hedgerows. Even footpaths like this, alongside a main railway line and which provides a short cut to the shops.
Okay, so the focus is essentially on leaves, yet it is the archway which caught my eye, along with the footpath covering of leaves

Yet I know when I get home my view of autumnal leaves falling like snowflakes in my back garden, will not be quite so poetic!
