Path through the wood
Feeling a bit meh today, with some nerve pain in my right leg. As I couldn't focus on report writing I stocked the cupboards and then Pete and I went to Notcutts to buy the last few bulbs to fill in a gap in one of our borders. While we were there we took advantage of our free coffee.
I then took a stroll round Thorpe Wood, which was nearly devoid of fungi, and rather lacking in autumn tints. The sun appeared at the last minute - so it's another shot of low light filtered through leaves! The fresh air must have done me good, because I managed to get on with some map drawing in the afternoon, so not a completely wasted day...
