Poppies

Sunday 13th Nov 2016 (1541)

A very full church today for our Ecumenical Remembrance Service. Lots of different uniforms around. The silver band led the procession from the village hall and played some of the music in church.

This cross of poppies is hung at the top of our screen each year. You can see it in its position on the 2014 version. 

A very productive afternoon and evening again. I'm determined to beat the rush this year!
