One I've been keeping in reserve

The long drive south from Shropshire to Kent today on a dull, grey day completely devoid of colour. A good journey, safely accomplished and pleased to be home. Then it was all the unpacking, sorting, putting stuff away and washing. We did find time for a relaxing and unwinding walk in the early evening.

Given that Storm Angus had passed through Kent we swa very little evidence of damage inland although Doreen said it rained very heavily. Perhaps the destructive winds were more along the coast.
